THE GROUNDS
Five Acres to Explore
Yours to roam, from the ancient oak tree standing at the heart of the estate to the Ladyburn waterfall walk and woodland paths beyond it. Nothing here is sprayed or overly tamed, the grounds are left to grow much as they want, which is why house martins and swallows return to nest every year and otters are regularly spotted along the Lady Burn.

THE LADYBURN DIFFERENCE
This is our house. That’s the difference.
Ladyburn isn’t a venue we hire for the weekend. It’s the house we know, care for and host in, day after day.
We know how groups move through the spaces, which rooms work best at different times of day, when the fire needs lighting, how the weather might change the plan and what needs to happen quietly in the background.
Our chefs, hosts and trusted practitioners know Ladyburn too. So each stay is shaped around the people in front of us, with the practical details taken care of while you get on with focusing on your group.
Catering, practitioners and additional hosting services can be arranged around your plans and are confirmed in your proposal.
IN THEIR WORDS
Celebrations to Remember
Kind words from those who've gathered, celebrated and made memories at Ladyburn House.
Ladyburn House is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. With 17 of us, you'd expect it to feel busy, but it never did. Every room is beautifully decorated and the embroidered robes felt like such a treat. The hot tub, plunge pool, and sauna add a sense of calm luxury. We're already planning our return.
