HOSTED FROM THE START

01
We get to know your group, your programme and how you want the retreat to feel, then work through the practical details around it.
02
Rooms ready, spaces prepared, dietary requirements covered and everything agreed in place before your guests arrive.
03
While you lead, we work behind the scenes, coordinating food, resetting spaces and taking care of the details that keep the stay flowing.
04
Final breakfast, departures and the last practical details taken care of, so you can finish the retreat with your group rather than switching into logistics mode.
YOUR RETREAT, YOUR RHYTHM
There is no prescribed Ladyburn programme. You bring the work and lead it in your own way. But this is one example of how the spaces, food and quieter moments at Ladyburn can fit around a retreat.
DAY 1
Guests settle into their rooms, come together for the first time and ease into the retreat with an opening session, dinner and time to arrive properly.
DAY 2
Morning practice, your core sessions and time between them for food, treatments, walking or simply a little space.
DAY 3
With the group settled, there is room for longer sessions, smaller conversations or time outside, perhaps ending around the fire circle or shared table.
DAY 4
The pace can soften. Treatments, nature, reflection and quieter group work give people time for what has emerged to settle.
FINAL MORNING
Breakfast, a final practice or closing circle and time for proper goodbyes before everyone heads home.
Illustrative only, not a set programme or a requirement to stay five days. Additional services are arranged separately.
RETREAT LIFE
Practice, conversation, shared meals, time outside and the moments in between. A retreat at Ladyburn has room for all of it.

IN THEIR WORDS
If you ever have the opportunity to visit Ladyburn House, whether through a retreat or another event, DO IT! The house itself is absolutely spectacular, but what truly makes it special are the wonderful people behind it. Every single person involved in running, maintaining, and caring for the house is genuinely amazing. Their warmth, kindness, and hospitality made our experience all the more memorable. We cannot recommend Ladyburn House highly enough and will absolutely be returning! ❤️
